\nat’s the reason why we kindly ask our guests to be sure before
\nbooking and to not treat us like a hotel or an airline. That’s also the reason Why with Aquarius, you will never be treated like a number.\n

\n\t\t\n\t\tAquarius’ Cancellation Policy\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Easy Cancellation policy:<\/p>\n

Cancelaciones gratuitas hasta 7 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de inicio de la reserva.<\/p>\n

50% reembolso para cancelaciones entre 3 y 7 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de inicio de la reserva.<\/p>\n

Las anulaciones efectuadas en los 3 d\u00edas anteriores a la fecha de inicio de la reserva no son reembolsables.<\/p>\n

If the cancellation has been made for good reasons (e.g. medical condition or plane canceled), Aquarius will ask for proof and issue and hold an in-house credit for use towards a future rental, given that we are able to rebook the boat with another customer.<\/p>\n

You can make changes to your booking by emailing our customer service team: info@aquariusboatrental.com. It’s important to note that we won’t always be able to accommodate a rescheduling. You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the notice you give us and the reasons for canceling.<\/p>\n
