We sail rain or shine so if it’s only rain, we are still going.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In short:<\/p>\n

Thunderstorms \/ Storm = refund or reschedule\u00a0<\/p>\n

Heavy rain for more than 1h30= reschedule\u00a0<\/p>\n

Light rain \/ shower = we are going !<\/p>\n

You can purchase the Seguro de lluvia<\/a> here up to 5 days before your booking.<\/p>\n\n

\n\t\t\t\tWe are the only company in Miami that offers a weather guarantee!\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

In short, here is our weather policy:<\/p>\n

Thunderstorms \/ Storm = refund or reschedule<\/p>\n

Heavy rain for more than 1h30= reschedule<\/p>\n

Light rain \/ shower = we are going !<\/p>\n

Regarding the weather, this is on our expert team to determine whether the weather is unsafe. Lighting, hurricanes, or tornados are unsafe weather conditions.<\/p>\n

If USCG issues a small craft advisory, or if winds are over 25 mph, you will receive a full refund or be offered to reschedule your appointment.<\/p>\n

If you purchase our Rain Guarantee, our partner, Sensible Weather, will contact you on the morning of your tour if you qualify for a reimbursement per their terms & conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The price of the rental is refundable but of course not the cost of the insurance.<\/p>\n

If you decline to purchase the Rain Guarantee option, please keep in mind that Miami has tropical weather, it can rain in the morning and be sunny in the afternoon or rain for one hour and the sun will shine bright right after. Therefore, no refund will be given because of the rain.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\u26a0\ufe0f\" you have to purchase the rain insurance up to 5 days before the booking date, otherwise, the purchase will be refunded and the policy considered not purchased.<\/p>\n

Canceling will be at no cost only in case of thunderstorms, US Coast Guards advisory for small crafts, and winds over 25 mph.<\/p>\n

If we advised you the weather will get better by the time of your appointment and you still decide to take a house credit and the weather actually is good at the time of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $150 rescheduling fee.<\/p>\n

On a side note, to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, Alquiler de barcos y excursiones Aquarius<\/a> reserves the right to make changes to the reservation in the event the reserved boat would become unavailable for any reason, or for unsafe weather.<\/p>\n

If we have to downgrade your reservation, for example from Miami Boat to Fun Boat, the price will be reduced accordingly and refunded on your credit card.<\/p>\n
