Aquarius' Cancellation Policy

Easy Cancellation policy:

Cancelaciones gratuitas hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de inicio de la reserva.

50% reembolso para cancelaciones entre 3 y 7 días antes de la fecha de inicio de la reserva.

Las anulaciones efectuadas en los 3 días anteriores a la fecha de inicio de la reserva no son reembolsables.

If the cancellation has been made for good reasons (e.g. medical condition or plane canceled), Aquarius will ask for proof and issue and hold an in-house credit for use towards a future rental, given that we are able to rebook the boat with another customer.

You can make changes to your booking by emailing our customer service team: info@aquariusboatrental.com. It's important to note that we won't always be able to accommodate a rescheduling. You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the notice you give us and the reasons for canceling.
