Rain Insurance Purchase

Enjoy the flexibility of being reimbursed when it’s forecasted to rain!

Our In-House Rain Insurance provides peace of mind by offering flexibility and protection against unexpected rain, ensuring your boating experience remains enjoyable even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

1. Coverage:

•Rain Insurance covers cancellations or rescheduling due to forecasted rain.

•If the NOAA forecast predicts 2+ hours of rain during your rental (or 1 hour if your trip is 2 hours), we will notify you on the morning of your tour.

•You can reschedule for a later date or receive a reimbursement for the unused portion of your rental.

2. On-Water Policy:

•Once your rental begins, no refunds will be issued if it starts to rain.

•If you return to shore early, we can refund the unused time or reschedule it for another day (time ends when you return to the dock).

3. Eligibility:

•Rain Insurance must be purchased at least 3 days before your booking.

•It is not available for bookings within 3 days of the rental. If purchased within this window, the insurance will be refunded, and the booking will not be covered.

4. Rescheduling Policy:

•If rain insurance is activated, you can reschedule your tour within 90 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

5. How It Works:

•Our team monitors the weather via the official NOAA forecast.

•If rain is expected as outlined, we will contact you on the morning of your tour with options.

Rain guarantee purchases are non-refundable even in the case of a cancellation from the client.
