Payment Policies

•Single Payment Method: We do not accept split payments from multiple parties or multiple cards from the same person.

•Accepted Payment Forms: Virtual credit cards without visible card information, pre-paid credit cards, checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are not accepted.

•Credit Card Fraud Prevention:

To safeguard both our clients and our operations from fraudulent activities, we require all guests to present the credit card used for booking along with a matching valid ID upon boarding. This verification process ensures that the individual making the reservation is the legitimate cardholder, thereby protecting against unauthorized transactions and potential identity theft. Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. However, red wine and other staining beverages are prohibited to prevent damage to the boat’s interior. We also offer catering options upon request.

What if there’s hazardous weather at the time of my departure?

Safety is our priority. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, such as thunderstorms or storms, we offer refunds or rescheduling options. For light rain or showers, charters will proceed as scheduled. We also offer a Rain Guarantee for added flexibility. 

What if I miss my flight to Miami or I am late for my charter departure?

While we understand that unforeseen travel delays can occur, events such as canceled or delayed flights, traffic, or ride-sharing complications are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or rescheduling. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival.

•Northern Route: Visit local sandbars, cruise along Millionaire Row, and explore Indian Creek Village—ideal for charters lasting 4 hours or more.

•Southern Route: Tour Star Island, experience the vibrant Downtown Miami skyline, navigate the Miami River, pass through the Port of Miami, and see Fisher Island—perfect for 2 to 3-hour trips.

You can also choose to stop for swimming and relaxation at various picturesque islands in the bay. Whether you’re looking to sightsee, relax, or party, our team will tailor the experience to your preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

•Free Cancellations: Up to 7 days before the booking start date.

•50% Refund: For cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the booking start date.

•No Refund: For cancellations within 3 days of the booking start date or no-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late).

What if there’s bad weather?

Miami’s weather can be unpredictable. We operate rain or shine but prioritize safety above all. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will reschedule your charter at no additional cost. For added peace of mind, we offer rain insurance options.

How do I book a boat rental in Miami?

Booking your Miami boat rental is simple:
